1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days 


During sales or peak seasons, processing may take an extra 1–2 days.

2. Shipping Within Qatar

We offer delivery inside Doha and 30km surrounding Doha 

Estimated Delivery Time:

Doha & nearby areas: 1–2 business days

Al Wakrah / Al Rayyan / Lusail: 1–3 business days

Other cities in Qatar: 2–4 business days

Shipping Fee:
Inside Doha, free delivery depends the product
Standard Delivery: 10qr

Free shipping for orders above 100 qr

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

If you offer COD:

Available across most regions in Qatar

COD Fee: 10qr

Customer must provide an active phone number for courier confirmation

4. International Shipping (Optional)

If you ship internationally:

We ship to selected countries outside Qatar.

Delivery may take 1–5 business days, depending on destination and customs.

Customs fees, duties, or taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.

If you do not ship internationally, use this line instead:

We currently ship only within Qatar.

If the customer is unreachable or provides an incorrect address:

The order may be returned to us
A re-delivery fee may apply.
